Careguider's cloud-based solution connects via an app, deployed on Caregiver's devices, offering the capability to safely and logically automate the creation, brokering and fulfilment of care requests across a Community, by combining geo-location and clever algorithms to minimise logistical costs.

The facility to define and standardise the work more accurately at a sub-task level, so that we can truly see what’s happening, and ensure the care provided matches the needs of the Clients, which also helps to enhance Caregiver fulfilment and retention.
Smart Prioritisation
Robust algorithms automatically prioritise requests from an ICB perspective, allowing us to centrally balance the needs of the Clients with the pressures we are seeing across the the community, and burn down the PoC backlogs faster.
Smart Provider Selection
Powerful algorithms automatically select the best Provider for each request, based on having the lowest logistical cost (travel, downtime, service level impact etc) – ensuring we don’t waste our valuable resources.
Smart Caregiver Selection
Powerful algorithms automatically select the best Caregiver for each care visit, balancing logistical cost, skills and service level targets - automatically adjusting work plans to changing needs.
Smart Surveys
The ability to issue contextual surveys during visits to centrally gather data on topics ranging from Client sentiment, Client assessment, and potential data for Acute admission modelling.
Smart Reporting
All activities are logged at an event level and under-pinned by geo-location to enhance data quality. All data is encrypted and centralised, in order to improve the availability of insights – improving governance and strategic planning.
